Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architects and Urban Planners conceptualize and implement since 1991 with an average of 30 employees large projects in landscape architecture, urban design and object planning. Equaly in Germany as internationally with focus on North-Africa, Middle-East and Asia. The main office branch is located in Munich, two more branches are located in Berlin and Bernburg.

For Munich office, we search for a project-lead position a multi-year-practice experienced landscape architect for managing projects and employees.

Your tasks

  • You lead our team of landscape architects and urban planners and support the self-standing management of projects in all performance phases.
  • You coordinate tasks, time schedules and ressources oft he office in coordination with the managing director and the administration.
  • You control and optimize the working-processes of approval and execution planning as well as the award of construction services and billing.
  • You represent the quality of the firm by communicating with clients and partners and you are succeeding in developing the business relationships as well as in acquiring additional orders.
  • You contribute essentially to the success of the firm in the long term by your commitment, to promote yourself, the cooperators and the firm professionally and innovatively.

    • Your Qualifications

  • Graduation as Dipl. Ing. / Master of Landscape Architecture
  • Multi-year-practice experience as a project-lead, guiding cooperators
  • Sound professional knowleded in cent-finding, construction technology and law
  • Very good knoeledge in applying software prommes
  • Convincing and savvy appearance as well as leading competence
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Independent working style and willingness to perform
  • Perfect German language (written and spoken

    II. Landscape architect for RSLA in Munich and Berlin

    Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architects and Urban planners conceptualize and implement since 1991 large Projects in Germany and other countries. At three office locations, we employ around 30 professionals. For Munich office, we are looking for a landscape architect as soon as possible.

  • You have at least 3 years of practice experience in a renowned German office and are well versed in all performance phases?
  • You are well used to applying software programs (AutoCAD, AdobeCS, Office, usw.) and have a highly qualified competence in conceptualizing and graphics?
  • You are looking for new challenges and are determined to carry responsibilities in large projects in Germany and other countries?
  • You want to develop these together with a sympathetic, young and international team?

    III. Dipl.-Ing. Master / Landscape Architecture for supporting project management in Munich Office

    For the support of our young teams in Munich office, we are looking for working students and trainees from now onwards and from September/ October for at least 3months (preferably longer). Your work will support interesting national and international projects in the fields of competitions, concept-finding and execution planning.

    We expect commitment, flexibility and knowledge of the design-programs AutoCad, Photoshop, Indesign, 3D, etc.
